The Y hosts weekly meals in partnership with the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Volunteers support the meal program by assisting with meal prep, setup, breakdown, cleaning, and facilitating. Partial shifts are welcome! The entrance to the kitchen is in the front of the church, down a ramp to the right if you're looking at the main front doors. The door is usually unlocked but if it's locked please knock loudly. Volunteer age requirement: 14+ SEASON2GIVE 14+ 15+ 16+ 17+

Volunteers support meal program by filling multiple roles assisting with meal prep, setup, dishwashing, breakdown, cleaning, and facilitating. Partial shifts are welcome! The entrance to the kitchen is in the back of the church, down a ramp from the parking lot across from Hopelink and the Ronald Commons Apartments. The door is usually propped open but if it's locked please knock loudly.

At the YMCA we are looking for friendly, energetic volunteers to help provide support to our membership/administrative teams. You would be assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks like greeting members, answering questions, filing, and restocking supplies.

Cinematique: Fostering Community and Connection - a FREE resource fair and movie event sponsored by Essex Community Outreach in partnership with our amazing partners and sponsors. We expect 1000+ foster and underserved family members at the event. Our goal is to reach middle school and high school students and their families to encourage graduating from high school and pursuing higher education and living a healthy lifestyle using cinema as a fun holiday treat. Downtown Seattle YMCA
Join us at this years Seattle PRIDE Parade! Volunteer opportunities include, marching in the parade, assisting with float construction, or helping run the YMCA of Greater Seattle information and water table. The staging area passes the Downtown Y location and we will be open as a rest stop to offer water and restrooms to Pride participants. We look forward to celebrating together!
